Q: Who’s this course for?
A: This course is for anyone wanting to move in a product-led direction, from product managers to UX designers, you’ll be able to get all the knowledge and insights you need to master PLG. It provides a comprehensive range of resources, video lessons, expert guidance, templates, and hands-on activities.
Q. How does the course work?
A. Upon enrolling, you will get access to your student dashboard with welcome information and any necessary pre-reading. We'll keep you updated about your course timings and locations. On the day, you'll have the opportunity to learn from our expert as well as interact with your peers both in the classroom and afterwards at the drinks reception. Then, you'll have lifetime access to our OnDemand course content, including the exams, which you will need to take for your official certification.
Q: Will I get certified on the day?
A: You will receive a certificate of attendance for joining our workshop but to receive full certification, you’ll need to pass all exams in the student dashboard. But don’t worry! You’ll be able to complete these at your own pace and you’ll become Product-Led Growth Certified!
Q. What happens if I don’t pass the exams?
A. If you happen to fail the first time, no worries! You'll have the chance to retake the exam. But if, unfortunately, you don't pass on the second try, you won't receive the certificate. It's not the end of the world, though! You'll still gain a ton of knowledge from the course. Plus, you'll have lifetime access to the course materials, so you can always go back and brush up on the parts you missed out on.
Q. How long will I have access to the course content?
A. Once you pay for the course, you'll have unlimited access to all the content for life! There are no additional charges or limitations.
